In the three months since I’ve started taking the vitamins, I’ve had nearly two inches of growth (which for me, is AMAZING). I’ve also experienced hair thickening, and it is just generally easier to manage. I have, however, in the last month, cut the amount of vitamins I take from 8 a day to 3 a day. So far, it doesn’t seem like it has slowed the growth.
